About Adrian

Experience shaped by the real world.
Applied to what's next.

My work sits at the intersection of business, technology, information and decision-making. Real estate is where I developed much of that experience. Today, I apply those lessons more broadly through intelligence systems, AI workflows and practical AI governance.

Professional Evolution

From technology user to systems builder.

I've spent much of my career looking for practical ways to use technology to make work clearer, faster and more consistent.

Real estate provided the environment where much of that experience developed. It is a business where market conditions change quickly, information is often incomplete, and important decisions can carry meaningful financial consequences.

Over time, my use of technology expanded from digital marketing and real estate technology into data-driven market analysis, automated reporting, structured decision tools, AI-assisted workflows and reusable AI systems.

Better information isn't enough. It has to be organized into a system people can actually use.

That principle increasingly shapes the consulting work I do today.

What I'm Working On Now

Three connected areas of practice.

My work now extends beyond a single industry. The common thread is helping turn information, emerging technology and loosely defined processes into clearer systems people can use.

01 / INTELLIGENCE

Real Estate Intelligence

Real estate remains an important proving ground through AWREI, where market information, pricing, competition and saleability are turned into structured decision support.

02 / AI SYSTEMS

AI Workflow Systems

Structured workflows that begin with the actual work: inputs, steps, judgment points, outputs and quality controls, then determine where AI can make the process more useful.

03 / GOVERNANCE

AI Governance

Practical frameworks for understanding AI use, documenting responsibilities, establishing internal guidelines and identifying where human oversight matters.

The Foundation

Real estate is part of the story, not the limit.

I don't view my real estate career and my AI consulting work as separate paths.

One led naturally to the other.

Real estate gave me a demanding environment in which to learn about technology adoption, digital marketing, market intelligence, client communication, workflow design and decision-making.

AI creates the opportunity to apply many of those lessons much more broadly.

The methodology is transferable: understand the work, identify the information that matters, create a repeatable process, introduce the appropriate technology and keep human judgment where it belongs.

Consulting

Practical questions. Practical systems.

I'm interested in working with businesses, professional firms, industry specialists and organizations trying to put AI and emerging technology to practical use.

The questions I help explore

Where can AI genuinely improve the way an organization works?

Which processes should be tackled first?

How can useful AI experiments become repeatable workflows?

Where should people remain in the decision loop?

The systems around the technology

What policies and guardrails are appropriate?

How should information move through the workflow?

How can domain expertise become more useful intelligence?

How do we determine whether the result actually improves the work?

Consulting Philosophy

I don't start with the technology. I start with the work.

Good technology should reduce complexity rather than introduce another layer of it.

Sometimes the answer involves AI. Sometimes it involves better data. Sometimes the biggest improvement comes from creating a clearer process.

The objective is not to use AI for its own sake. It is to build systems that make better work possible.

The Approach
  1. Understand the problem.
  2. Structure the information.
  3. Design the workflow.
  4. Apply the appropriate technology.
  5. Build in human judgment and review.
  6. Measure whether the result is more useful.
